Smoking Lobster Cowes journey began with the opening of Smoking Lobster Ventnor in 2017, boasting a prestigious second Rosette where Chef Giancarlo "GC" Giancovich's visionary Pan-Asian dishes set against stunning beachfront vistas introduced a new era of dining. The story evolved with the launch of Drunken Lobster in 2020, a cozy Japanese-inspired Izakaya bar, further expanding the family of restaurants.
